Center for Conscious Living, Swannanoa NC
Steady Mind, Strong Body, Open Heart. A rejuvenating day of relaxation, meditation, movement, and songs. Enter a sacred space, guided by an intergenerational collective of women, to embrace the vibrant energy of spring.
How can we stay grounded in the turning of the seasons while energy within and around us starts to blossom?
What intentions will you sew in the garden of your heart for this great turning?
Who will dance under the full moon with you as the warmth grows stronger?
Join us for an afternoon of contemplative practice, with the support of empowering sisterhood, for a deep spring renewal.
